2019+ Can Am Defender - Replacement Signature Lights

K, Just to be clear, this was a love/hate experience, and the whole thing cant be summed up with just stars, so I'll break it down by the things I loved, then the things that I hated.

LOVED:
1.)The packaging was professional and gives a sense that the know what they are doing.
2.)The video for the install was outstanding. Detailed. Clear. Concise. The included written instructions were a nice compliment to the video.
3.)The products themselves are well designed and manufactured.
The front sequential signals look and fit EXACTLY the way the OE ones did. You cannot tell they aren't OE.
4.)At the end of it, the whole thing worked perfectly- very happy with how it turned out.

HATED:
1.)Despite the beautiful packaging with the completely filled out checklist and inspection dates, it turned out that my kit was missing the 2 rear harnesses. I get it. It happens. I am not an unreasonable guy, When I called they gave the situation it's due regard, seemingly more concerned with who let it out with all the inventory boxes checked, but there was no apology (which I can live without,) however, the frustration came after I received their email that evening with shipping confirmation and the tracking indicated that I wasn't going to receive the missing harnesses for a week. Which meant that, with the machine apart in the garage and the kit only half installed, I would be without my SxS for a week. The original kit didn't take a week to get to me after I ordered it! I didn't forget to order the parts! They forgot to include them! I feel that they should have at least offered some kind of expedited shipping. Season is short..
2.) The left rear harness has 3 bullet connections that have to be made (red, white, and black). They are male/female connectors, except for whatever reason the reds were both male. I had to join the wires with a shrink solder connector, which isn't a big deal, but there isn't a lot of wire on the harnesses, so I only had one shot. Ultimately, it didn't end up being 100% "plug and play".
3.) The location of the Control Module mounting was vague, As a result, I had to remount it because of insufficient clearance for the heat duct and lower storage compartment where I had it, originally.
4.) I also bought the loud horn kit, and there is no way it fits under the hood where the instructions say it will. I had to find an alternative spot, and believe me, it wasn't easy.
5.) I did a good job getting the signal lever in the column and it looks good, but I am really meticulous and took extra time to make sure it was perfect. It wasn't easy. (but the instructions here were VERY accurate). I really think if they can make the signal/accent lights so perfect, they should be able to manufacture and include a replacement column cover that is already made to accept the turn signal arm.

When all is said and done, I would recommend this kit, and I'll say that I am happy with how it turned out, but that's not to say they couldn't have done better

Very nice setup. Easy to install. Good installation video. I’ll recommended this kit and any other street legal kit from you guys to anyone.

I dont think the turn signal switch fit in the steering column cover as described. Lots of additional cutting required to make it fit correctly.

This was by far the cleanest plug and play system I could have bought for my Can-Am Defender. This company/kit came highly recommended from a friend who just installed one on a Polaris Xpedition. I'm more than impressed with how hidden/factory everything looks. My ONLY "complaint" is that I couldn't get the QR code to scan to get entered into the gift card raffle. I'm not sure if I got entered or not from just going directly here, but I still stand behind everything I said! The kit is a little higher priced vs others, but the labor savings and YouTube install video is WELL worth the extra money!

First Defender we've done, and we are impressed once again- nice work
